MementoLabs is allowing users to sign up for early access to their quantified self tool. This platform is of particular interest to biohackers since it can easily suck in data from the best tracking devices and apps on the market. The developers at MementoLabs recommend and make of use of the best fitness trackers and apps on the market. Specifically The Oura Ring (sleep, movement, recovery) and RescueTime (time management) although many other popular devices and apps will also supported.

There are various examples of insights from sleep, exercise and productivity experiments starting to emerge from the development team at MementoLabs.

Workouts vs Sleep

Sleep Improvements with Trending Sleep Hacks

This is Jason Jin’s (a developer w/ MementoLabs) sleep hacks for a 3 month window. Note how deep sleep has improved by almost an hour which is huge when tracking with the Oura Ring. Here is what he did during this period.

Strategies I’ve adopted:
– HIIT 2-3 times a week
– Meditation before bed
– No late coffee & tea
– Intermittent fasting (restricted eating window)
– No late exercise
– Reduced blue light on screens (Grayscale + f.lux)

Supplements:
– Vitamin D (especially on Cloudy/Rainy days)
– Magnesium (500mg every night)

MementoLabs has not started their early access program yet, but they do have a signup on their website and a github folder with some python3 code and jupyter books for QS experiments.
