The British are coming, the British are coming… and they brought the BBC micro:bit to the shores of the United States!  The micro:bit is a tiny learning computer from the BBC that packs a small microcontroller and collection of peripherals like lights and buttons onto a small board.  This is great for students and hobbyists as it means they can get started with physical computing and electronics without having to solder or wire up components.  Even better the BBC micro:bit supports MicroPython so you can write simple Python code to control the board!
