He raises an interesting point about American startup culture’s propensity to get distracted by the maximum potential of fascinating new solutions and technologies, whether it be for managing the supply chain or the features of a new product.

The nature of the advice being offered these days speaks to the same phenomenon, particularly with regard to managing customer expectations.
