Hey everybody! I’m Tom. I currently work on the operations side of things here at Adafruit and am excited to share some notes and thoughts as I try to keep up with everything.

I’m really excited by all the winners from MIT IDE’s Inclusive Innovation Competition.  There’s always a lot of back and forth about the implications of globalization and automation and supporting the transition between jobs and skills, so it’s particularly awesome to celebrate businesses that are actively developing economic opportunities for the wider population in this digital era.

At Adafruit, we are really proud of the successes our teams have had over the years, and are always looking for new ways to support the personal and professional development goals of our team members.
