Josiah Zayner famed biohacker and creator of The Odin has our best interests in mind. He is now selling a glowing yeast kits that empowers brewers with blacklights to make delicious fluorescent meads and saisons. Glowing beer is just the first phase. He has a plan in the works to develop an “anti-cancer” themed beer using squalene (found in olive oil and shark oil). Josiah had been a synthetic biologist at NASA and now being a notable biohacker has attracted the FDAs attention. The FDA is questioning his glow in the dark yeast as being an unapproved food coloring additive.
