Adobe will complement SFMade project south of Market – San Francisco Chronicle.

A South of Market developer has signed a lease with software producer Adobe Systems, jump-starting construction of a project that will include San Francisco’s first permanently affordable manufacturing space.
Kilroy Realty Corp., which recently has completed buildings for Salesforce and Dropbox, has signed Adobe to a deal for 210,000 square feet at 100 Hooper St., now an empty lot just outside Mission Bay across Seventh Street. The building, which will cost $270 million, will have 314,000 square feet of office space and 86,000 square feet of what San Francisco calls PDR — production, distribution, and repair.
