The Mayo Clinic suggests that regular meditation can help reduce stress and manage other symptoms such as┬ádepression, sleep, anxiety, and chronic pain. Omvana

Free app with sounds, music and guided sessions with experts. Sessions vary in length from a few minutes up to an hour. This app has specific areas such as mindfulness, stress, relaxation, sleep and more.

Free app with programs, sessions, scenes, and music.
